Job summary

PACK Power is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruiting activities and candidate coordination in our West Fargo, ND office. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full recruiting process and how Talent Acquisition partners with hiring managers and leadership to attract talent.

You will work with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams on recruiting operations, candidate communication, employer branding, and workforce planning, while participating in projects across HR and talent

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree in a related field (HR, business, communications, marketing).
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR/recruiting is preferred but not required.
• Interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruiting activities across the organization.
• Assist with reviewing applications and identifying candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Assist with coordinating candidate travel and interview logistics as needed.
• Support career fairs and recruiting events, plus employer branding efforts.
• Help develop candidate pipelines through sourcing activities (LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist with researching potential candidates, schools, and talent sources.
• Maintain candidate information in the ATS and recruit data reports.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and new-hire activities.
• Participate in HR and Talent Acquisition projects and cross-functional initiatives.
