Job summary

Securitas, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team. This full-time role focuses on recruitment, sourcing, interviews, offers, licensing documentation, I-9s and scheduling new hire orientations.

You will participate in hiring events, support onboarding, and assist with employee relations, compliance and related HR tasks as needed. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays for hiring events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good attitude and strong personality.
• Able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with recruitment, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding tasks.
• Attend hiring and community events to represent the branch.
• Coordinate offers, licensing docs, I-9s and new hire orientation scheduling.
• Support employee relations, investigations, leave of absence processes, and related tasks.
• Support compliance and other HR duties as needed.
