Job summary

Cielo is hiring a Recruiter for an onsite role in Grand Forks, ND. You will support service excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle, representing the employer brand while delivering proactive search updates and consultative guidance to hiring leaders.

As the point of contact for candidates and partners, you will translate role needs into sourcing and evaluation, keep prospects informed with progress updates, and apply market and compensation knowledge to support offers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

What you bring

• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
