You’ll conduct live and pre-recorded interviews, support candidate communications, assist with new team member orientation, and collaborate with recruiters and Operations leaders to fill critical field roles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities for store roles.
• Conduct live virtual interviews and review pre-recorded video interviews.
• Assist with candidate communications and new team member orientation.
• Partner with recruiters and store Operations leaders to fill field positions.
• Learn how recruiting strategies support business growth and build professional communication skills.
