You will help in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and representing the company at networking events, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes and provide support.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including candidate assessments.
• Represent Rapid Response at networking and recruiting events.
• Ensure candidate notes are collected and stored properly.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience with the hiring team.
• Support process development and documentation on special projects.
