Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination and support.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as conducting assessments/tests with candidates.
• Be a Rapid Response ambassador in networking and recruiting events.
• Ensure all candidate notes are collected and stored appropriately.
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and collaborate with hiring team.
• Participate in special projects, including supporting process development and documentation.
