You will coordinate postings, communications, and scheduling across multiple lines of business, maintain records in Rippling, and help source candidates through approved channels while upholding privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting records across departments.
• Maintain accurate information in Rippling and other approved recruiting systems.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networks, schools, and referrals.
• Conduct structured initial screens using job-related criteria and escalate concerns.
• Support background checks, reference checks, credential verification, and onboarding handoffs as directed.
• Protect privacy and security of information and follow records-retention requirements.
• Track recruiting activity and prepare status reports for hiring leaders.
• Support recruiting needs across Advantixx-operated companies with consistent standards.
