Rapid Response Monitoring is seeking a Recruiting Intern to support the recruitment process in Henderson, NV. You will help coordinate interviews, administer assessments, and assist at recruiting events while acting as a positive ambassador for the team.

The role offers $20 per hour with in-office requirements, 20+ hours per week, and at least 3 days of availability Monday–Saturday. This is a great foot-in-the-door opportunity in a growing security company.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with GED or equivalent.
• Pursuing or completed AS/BS in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination and support.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as conducting assessments with candidates.
• Be a Rapid Response ambassador at networking and recruiting events.
• Ensure candidate notes are collected and stored properly.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience with the hiring team.
• Participate in special projects including process development and documentation.
