Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Interest in recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and support initial candidate outreach and communication.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
• Support recruiters with candidate follow-ups and interview prep.
• Help build talent pipelines for key roles.
• Participate in campus recruiting and community outreach initiatives.
• Assist with job descriptions and employer branding campaigns.
• Support onboarding preparation and offer communications.
• Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting.
