Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern in Long Beach, CA to support recruiting across multiple functions. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting hiring initiatives while learning People & Culture processes.

You will work with mentors, participate in industry concepts, and engage in networking events with interns and staff to develop professional and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor and other employees to apply knowledge and grow skills both technically and professionally.
• Attend frequent 1:1’s with mentors and supervisors to facilitate success and learning while providing progress updates.
