A.T. Kearney is seeking a Recruiting Intern for a paid internship based in our Chicago Office. This role will provide key support to both the Experienced Recruiting Team and Campus Recruiting Team, engaging in various projects for our North American Recruiting department.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, potentially focusing on Communications or Human Resources. Strong organizational and communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or currently enrolled in Bachelor’s program.
• Able to work 20-40 hours per week in downtown Chicago.
