Job summary

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience in recruiting for a fast-paced, high-growth company. The Talent Acquisition Intern will support critical hires across multiple departments in the United States, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent markets and develop sourcing strategies.

You will work on diversity initiatives, HRIS projects, and university relations, building pipelines and contributing to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment cycle with TA team and hiring managers
• Post jobs, source candidates, and manage candidate outreach
• Assist with interview scheduling and communications
• Build candidate pipelines using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Assist in planning university relations events
