Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition field desired.
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and conduct interviews to fill positions promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare, review and deliver offers and formal letters to candidates.
• Coordinate internal approvals for offers to ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee background screening and FFIEC compliance for all new hires.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking; build talent pipelines.
