Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HRIS Intern for a 12-week summer program in Carmel, IN. This full-time internship (40 hours/week) offers hands-on experience in HR, focusing on talent acquisition and HR systems, with opportunities to assist across the recruitment life cycle.

Interns will gain exposure to employer branding, analytics, and Workday processes, supporting HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to prioritize tasks.

Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands‑on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12‑week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full‑time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The Talent Acquisition and HRIS Intern will directly assist the HR Department with a wide range of projects related to HR with a focus on talent acquisition and HR systems. This may include coordination of efforts for the entire life cycle of recruitment, projects including employment branding, analytics and system efficiencies. In addition, the intern will perform other administrative tasks as needed. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in Human Resources with a specific concentration of Talent Acquisition and HR Systems.
