Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is offering a 12-week Talent Management Internship at our Carmel, IN headquarters. The 40-hour work week focuses on Learning and Development, with hands-on projects in curriculum development, data reporting, and program support.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in relevant fields and can manage deadlines, multitask, and communicate effectively. The program promotes career growth within HR, L&D, or Talent roles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

• Assists with the design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning, and other ongoing projects.
• Assist with the design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
• Conduct research and analysis on talent management trends, best practices, benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Assess employee development needs and define appropriate resources and processes to support learning, including capturing data and trends.
• Provide admin support to the L&D team as needed.
• Support report development in talent and learning trends to provide reporting that drives future learning and talent offerings.

Education

Undergraduate student (rising Junior/Senior)
