Job summary

Allied Solutions offers a Talent Management Intern program at our Carmel, IN headquarters. This full-time, 12-week internship runs May 17 through August 6, 2027, totaling 40 hours per week.

The intern will support the Learning and Development Department with curriculum development, data capture, and reporting while gaining exposure to Talent, L&D, and HR roles. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate rising Junior or Senior in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic learning environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to support multiple learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of learning materials and curricula for leadership development, competency learning, and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
• Research talent management trends and best practices; provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
• Assess employee development needs and define resources and processes to support learning, including data capture and trend analysis.
• Provide admin support to the L&D team as needed; assist with reporting on talent and learning trends.
