You will run end-to-end recruitment, partner with leaders, build pipelines, coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS/ATS records, and ensure compliance with labor laws while benefiting from medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan.

A Typical Day

You’ll start onsite by checking requisition status, candidate responses, and interview calendars, then shift into quick syncs with hiring leaders to confirm priorities and timelines. Midday often includes focused sourcing time, phone screens, and keeping candidates informed on next steps. Between interviews, you’ll update the ATS/HRIS, confirm documents are ready for new hires, and ensure files are accurate and audit-ready. As questions come in, you’ll provide clear answers on policies and process, then wrap up by reviewing key metrics and planning tomorrow’s outreach and scheduling.

Salary: $65000 - $80000 per year
