Acloché LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience recruiting in diverse industries (coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy related fields a plus)
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations
• Must be able to work with all different personality types
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with schedule flexibility
• Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP WFN) preferred
• Experience with MS Excel and Word products

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent
• Support HR functions including employee records maintenance, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance
• Provide administrative support across core HR tasks and maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
