Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple industries and provide HR support. You will manage candidate pipelines, assist with benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance, while delivering a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word. Occasional travel may be required; aptitude for handling sensitive information is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience recruiting in varied industries; coal, manufacturing, construction, heavy industrial or energy fields a plus.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must be able to work with all different personality types.
• Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support full-cycle recruiting activities to attract and hire top talent.
• Provide administrative HR support including employee records, benefits coordination, payroll support, and compliance.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.
