Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supports full-cycle recruitment and onboarding/offboarding within HRIS.
• Maintains accurate job documentation, supporting compliance and relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Pre-screens candidates and recommends applicants for openings.
• Manages recruitment functions within HRIS: requisitions, tracking, reporting, and data analytics.
• Plans and coordinates job fairs and recruitment events with locations and community organizations.
• Develops partnerships with workforce agencies and educational institutions.
