Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years HR-related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine requirements.
• Manage job postings, ATS, and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening interviews and advise on candidates for advancement.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offer letters within compensation guidelines and assist with background checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire documentation and training.
• Support benefits programs and training initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist with audits and compliance.
