MBP is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and HR administration. The role is primarily recruiting-focused (about 75%) with HR operations making up the rest.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of HR experience required or related field.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases.
• Ability to handle confidential information and support HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, maintain candidate records, and assist sourcing.
• Post and manage job ads across platforms and company site.
• Track applicants using ATS and collect onboarding documents.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate scheduling with candidates.
• Support onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and HR reporting.
• Assist with awards programs, recognition reports, and HR projects.
