Qualifications

• 2–5 years of staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Experience with recruiting tools, methodologies, and technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards and networks.
• Maintain recruiting records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Provide a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate on staffing initiatives and workforce planning.
• Manage new-hire onboarding in ADP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
