Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leadership, program managers, and staff across our federal contracting portfolio. The role blends full-cycle HR duties with a strong focus on talent acquisition for cleared positions and data-driven workforce insights.

The ideal candidate will manage recruiting workflows, maintain Dayforce data, and build Power BI dashboards while ensuring OFCCP, EEO, SCA, and FLSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR Generalist experience, with at least 3 years in federal government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for cleared personnel with active security clearances.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, administrative, and cleared staff supporting federal contracts.
• Partner with Program Managers to define labor categories and build talent pipelines for cleared roles.
• Own HR data ecosystem and generate dashboards/reports for leadership.
• Ensure OFCCP, EEO, SCA, and FLSA compliance across HR processes.
• Oversee onboarding, employee relations, and performance management workflows.
