Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in HR/customer service/admin support roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment processes and background checks.
• Coordinate onboarding including I-9 and new-hire documentation.
• Maintain ATS and vendor relationships; ensure data accuracy.
