LHB Inc. is seeking a Talent & HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Minnesota.

You will lead talent acquisition and partner with leaders to align staffing with business goals, while connecting development, performance, and employee experience. You will influence how we attract, develop, and support people across the organization, shaping practical HR partnerships, leveraging data, and building the future of our people practices at LHB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field; 8+ years of experience.
• 8 years of progressive talent and/or HR experience with demonstrated strength in talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, and HR business partnership.
• 3 years of recruiting experience in a professional services firm or environment with salaried, exempt positions.
• One year of experience working in a talent development environment supporting, creating, and/or driving initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing HRIS, learning, and/or ATS platforms; and leveraging the data to make thoughtful talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition strategy and partner with leaders to develop staffing plans.
• Guide hiring decisions and manage recruitment from intake to offer.
• Develop tools and dashboards translating data into insights for leadership decisions.
• Provide practical guidance on onboarding, employee relations, and performance conversations.
