Job summary

Loram is seeking a Director of Human Resources to design, lead, and execute strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and culture across North America. You will oversee Learning & Development, North America HRBP, and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, partnering with executives to align people initiatives with business goals.

This exempt role reports to the VP of Human Resources and is supported by a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive compensation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OD, HR, BA, Psych, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in OD, talent management, or related HR leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and/or HRBP teams.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development including leadership programs, governance, and learning priorities.
• Head the North America HRBP group delivering strategic, business-aligned HR support.
• Oversee Recruiting/Talent Acquisition strategy, employer branding, and hiring effectiveness.
• Partner with executives to drive culture transformation and change management.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor trends and deliver actionable insights.
