Job summary

LAZ Parking in Boston, MA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment for the MA event team. This is a high-demand, on-site role at hosted job fairs.

You will fuel the candidate pipeline by recruiting on Indeed, hosting job fairs, leveraging social media, and internal referrals. You will also build relationships with Operations to ensure new hires move through the process accurately and timely, while maintaining dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for recruitment assistance for the MA event team. This is a high-demand role, responsible for actively recruiting for high volume openings. This role requires working in the office or on site at hosted job fairs.

Principal Job Duties:

• Fuel the applicant pipeline by actively recruiting on Indeed, hosting job fairs, leveraging social media, and internal referral programs.
• Research and actively sources passive job seekers.
• Build relationships with Operations to understand business needs and objectives.
• Partner with Operations to ensure that new hires are pushed through the process accurately and timely.
• Accurately maintain dashboards and recruiting metrics, including open positions, new hires, interviews, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general Microsoft Office Applications is preferred.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to hold self and others accountable to deadlines.
