Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy and priorities for TA across R&D client groups.
• Advise senior leaders on hiring needs, talent risks and governance.
• Develop real-time recruiting strategies addressing evolving client needs.
• Recruit and manage confidential or critical roles when needed.
• Lead advisory work on TA processes, structure and resource planning.
• Hire, develop and coach senior recruiters and TA managers.
• Lead global TA initiatives with Global Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
• Collaborate across time zones, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent trends and performance.
• Champion AI-enabled tools and innovative recruiting resources.
• Audit TA processes for continuous improvement and compliance.
