• Establish recruiting goals, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and drive improvement.
• Develop and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization in life sciences talent markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
