Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-lifecycle recruiting and shape hiring strategy in a fast-growth biopharma setting focused on precision psychiatry.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and external recruiters to build hiring plans for R&D, clinical, and commercial teams, ensuring compliance and driving TA metrics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in biotech/healthcare/tech.
• Proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and vendor negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations (federal and CA).

Role:

Talent Acquisition Manager leading full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring strategy for an emerging biopharma company focused on precision psychiatry.

Responsibilities:

develop hiring plans, manage TA processes, partner with HR/Finance on budgeting, oversee external recruiters, and build employer branding. Scope includes recruiting across R&D, clinical, commercial, and technical functions; managing both individual contributor and executive hires; ensuring compliance with employment laws; and reporting on TA metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within biotech, healthcare, or tech sectors; proficiency with ATS, sourcing tools, and vendor negotiations; deep understanding of federal and California employment regulations; familiarity with therapeutic areas like neuroscience, psychiatry, or related clinical domains.

Preferred:

experience managing scalable TA teams, employer branding, and HRBP/Operations roles.

Location:
