Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years in leadership, ideally within the IDD or behavioral health industry.
• Proven ability to scale recruitment functions for growth.
• Experience with Workday ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Strategic thinker with ability to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive decisions.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• Build, mentor, and lead a TA team across multiple states.
• Oversee Workday ATS workflows and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast needs.
