Job summary
STACK Infrastructure in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Manager of Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and drive high‑quality recruiting outcomes across the organization. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 7+ years in talent acquisition
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience overseeing recruiting delivery and team performance
- Proficiency with enterprise ATS and analytics tools
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs)
- Oversee daily recruiting execution and capacity planning
- Monitor metrics, dashboards, and performance against targets
- Ensure consistent recruiting processes and system usage (Workday Recruiting)
- Partner with hiring managers and business partners to deliver high-quality hires
