Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a hands-on Manager of Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead day-to-day recruiting operations and drive high-quality outcomes across the organization. You will coach Talent Acquisition Managers, translate priorities into team plans, and ensure efficient execution of recruiting processes using Workday Recruiting.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with the Director and Talent Technology & Experience Specialist to optimize delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience overseeing recruiting delivery, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and provide coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily recruiting execution and manage requisition assignments.
• Monitor metrics, dashboards, and reports to improve delivery.
• Coach TAMs on Workday Recruiting and data quality.
• Collaborate with IT and the Talent Technology & Experience Specialist on systems improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting controls.
