STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition Delivery to lead the day-to-day execution of talent acquisition activities and drive high-quality recruiting outcomes. This hands-on leader will coach a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, manage workload, and ensure efficient, compliant delivery aligned with business needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Managers.
• Oversee recruiting delivery, capacity planning, and workload management.
• Monitor recruiting performance with dashboards and metrics.
• Coach and develop TAMs, ensure service excellence to hiring managers and candidates.
