Job summary

Bealls seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a world-class candidate experience and build diverse pipelines. You will partner with Hiring Managers to define talent needs and craft targeted search strategies to fill current and future roles.

Responsibilities include screening candidates by phone and video, maintaining relationships with high-potential talent, and promoting Bealls as an employer of choice across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and Creole are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class candidate experience for active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs.
• Create search strategies and build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates by phone and video assessments.
• Qualify candidates for required skills and competencies.
• Be Bealls ambassador and promote the employment brand.
