Job summary

Beaucoup is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Leader to build and run a high-performing recruiting and talent acquisition function within a corporate environment. You will own strategy, the team, and results from sourcing through offer and retention.

The ideal candidate manages recruiting P&L, drives key metrics, and leads senior-level searches. You will partner with executives, manage vendor relationships, and scale the function for growth in the Northeast Florida market and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting experience with at least 1 year in leadership
• Experience managing agency or staffing operations within a corporate environment
• Record of recruiting senior/executive or niche roles with measurable results
• Strong command of staffing metrics, margins, and recruiter productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers; set performance standards
• Design and execute recruiting strategy aligned to growth goals
• Own recruiting P&L and operating metrics; manage ATS/CRM and reporting
• Personally lead searches for senior/executive roles and build a network in the market
• Partner with executives and stakeholders on workforce planning and vendor management
