Responsibilities

• Schedule all candidate interviews, including travel arrangements.
• Greet applicants and escort them to interviews.
• Process expense reports for candidate travel.
• Post job openings to job boards and social media.
• Assist with immigration processes for candidates needing work authorization.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
• Provide timely and professional communication to candidates.
• Conduct full life cycle recruiting on multiple requisitions as needed.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with other tasks and projects.
