Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Campus Recruiter to support university and early‑career recruiting nationwide. The role partners with senior recruiters and university stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and build robust talent pipelines.

Ideal candidates have a foundation in full‑cycle recruiting and a desire to grow expertise in campus hiring within a global, fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.
• 0–2+ years of campus recruiting experience or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting diverse student populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute university and early‑career recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
• Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Support internship and early‑career programs, including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts.

This role partners closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and university stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and build early‑career talent pipelines across Jabil’s organization.

Location

This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters with the ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events, as needed, locally & all throughout the United States (up to 35%).

The Jabil Global Talent Acquisition team is a team of accomplished recruiting professionals that are deeply connected to our business supporting our hiring needs both current and future. We need resourceful and creative individual to join our team to accomplish our goals.

In your role you will...

• Support and execute Jabil’s university and early‑career recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support
• Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
• Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts
• Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide regular recruiting updates
• Support internship and early‑career programs, including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Jabil on campus and through digital recruiting platforms
• Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
• Comply with employment laws, university recruiting guidelines, and Jabil’s hiring policies

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field

Experience

• At least 0-2+ years of experience as a Campus Recruiter/recruiting diverse student populations
• Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Willing and able to travel (via car or plane) to on-site/off-site campus events across the United States
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with campus recruitment processes, including internships and co-op programs
• Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
