Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing solutions leader, is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager in St. Petersburg, FL. You will forecast staffing needs, develop hiring strategies, and ensure workforce readiness for new program launches.

You will partner with Operations, Program Management, HR, and leaders to align capacity with demand, track ramp milestones, and implement reporting and analytics to drive decisions. Some travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with workforce planning or ramp initiatives.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce hiring plans to support growth and ramps.
• Forecast headcount with operations and program management to align ramp timelines.
• Track hiring progress against workforce plans and identify gaps or risks.
• Provide regular reporting on hiring status, workforce readiness, and ramp milestones to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to ensure alignment with operational ramps.
