Job summary

Trinity Air Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to support end-to-end recruitment for trade and indirect roles. The role emphasizes sourcing, prescreening, interview coordination, and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to move candidates through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administration and scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines across three states.
• Proficiency with ATS (iCIMS or similar), CRMs, Monday.com, recruiting platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn), and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; sales experience required.
• Willingness to work on-site M-F and travel to other states; some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates daily across job boards and referrals; manage prescreening and candidate status in Monday.com and iCIMS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers; send confirmations and follow-ups.
• Support end-to-end hiring event planning and execution, including logistics and data collection.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, system workflows, and KPI dashboards; prepare recruiting recap materials.
