BDA is seeking a Talent Partner Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team across recruiting operations, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative execution in a hybrid contract role. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven experience coordinating complex calendars and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Partners throughout the recruiting lifecycle with administrative and coordination activities.
• Build and update interview plans and stages within Greenhouse and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Reslove scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving efficiently.
• Assist with sourcing strategies and candidate outreach as needed.
• Generate recruiting reports and track pipelines when required.
