Job summary

You will coordinate interviews, maintain the ATS, assist onboarding, and help generate recruitment reports while collaborating with the team to improve processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally HR or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience a plus.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to recruiters, incl. interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain ATS and candidate records to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires with required documentation.
• Generate recruitment reports and assist with compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on process improvements.
