Cielo, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to provide client-site support across the talent acquisition lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities.

The role focuses on onsite logistics, relationship management, and customer service to support a client program or team. Responsibilities include coordinating interview rooms, greeting interviewers and candidates, maintaining strong university and program partnerships, and assisting with onboarding and recruitment

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with candidates, clients, and hiring leaders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage interview logistics and onsite activities.
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and onsite support requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics, rooms, materials, and candidate communications onsite.
• Greet and brief interviewers and candidates on role details and interview formats.
• Serve as the onsite client liaison to resolve daily operational issues and ensure smooth processes.
• Arrange candidate travel, accommodations, and any required onboarding steps.
• Post positions to ATS accurately and within required timeframes.
