Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruiting lifecycle in Memphis. You will manage offers, coordinate pre-employment activities, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in collaboration with the TA team and hiring managers.

Your role involves event coordination, travel arrangements, vendor invoicing, and compliance documentation, contributing to a streamlined hiring process and strong workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data entry, recruitment, HR, or administrative support; ATS/HRIS experience preferred.
• Experience generating reports, surveys and tracking data, with the ability to analyze results and present insights.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information is mandatory; strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and distribute offer letters in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Schedule and track pre-employment testing with candidates and third-party vendors.
• Process invoices for recruitment vendors and services with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, or campus recruiting logistics including SWAG and communication with hiring teams.
• Coordinate and manage candidate travel arrangements including transportation, flights, and accommodations.
• Handle candidate expense reimbursements and ensure submissions are documented and processed.
• Ensure proper documentation and retention of candidate records, offer letters, and testing results.
• Prepare staffing reports including turnover, tenure, and workforce analytics.
• Coordinate and conduct exit interviews for long-tenured employees and share insights with the Talent Acquisition Director.
• Administer recruitment-related surveys and compile findings into actionable reports.
