Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Support hourly and high-volume hiring pipelines—manage candidate flow and scheduling screens.
• Assist sourcing efforts by identifying qualified candidates and maintaining early-stage pipelines.
• Support intern and university recruiting programs, including scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to scalable recruiting workflows and templates.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-through.
