Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support client recruitment teams and manage candidate care from application through onboarding. You will identify risks, maintain accurate records, and act as an ambassador for the AGS brand in every interaction.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and timely administration of offers and onboarding tasks, reporting to the Recruitment Administration Manager. North America location flexibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience.
• Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Outlook (or other calendar management systems).
• Previous recruitment or onboarding administrative experience e.g. generating employment offers.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• Degree level education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure job requisitions are compliant with client and government standards.
• Post job requisitions across internal and external systems.
• Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage changes.
• Create offer letters using client HR systems and obtain approvals.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout onboarding.
