Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as a partner to the Human Resources team for operational support across all functional areas and provides communication and services for the following: employee health, worker's compensation, leaves of absence, unemployment, benefits, talent selection, onboarding, policy interpretation, process improvement and more. Provides internal and external customer service. Works with various HRIS' employee records, documentations, reports etc. Maintains highest standards of confidentiality/ethics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Onboarding of New Hires including fingerprinting, background checks, I-9 verification and badge ID’s. Assists Recruitment Team with new hires and transfers. Prepares documentation and materials for bimonthly New Hire Orientation. Provides education and assistance to customers. Provides assistance to customers regarding worker’s compensation, and leaves of absence. Responsible for reviewing related processes and policies. Inputs and processes appropriate documentation, file maintenance. Meets regulatory compliance. Promotes a clean and safe environment of care, utilizing the SAFE error prevention habits. Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving patients, coworkers, and the hospital by abiding by the Standards of Conduct. Required Qualifications: Education and Training: High School degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field with previous on-boarding experience (Healthcare environment preferred). Must have the ability to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably and work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a self-starter with strong communication, analytical, organization and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS required. Workday experience strongly preferred. Work Shift Details: Days, Monday through Friday. Ability to start 6:00am on orientation Mondays. Department: HUMAN RESOURCES. The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
