Job summary

Slate is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support high-volume hiring in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role focuses on coordinating and supporting the hiring process with Slate’s designated RPO provider, ensuring interview coordination, candidate flow, pre-employment compliance, and onboarding readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship-building ability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities with SLATE’s designated RPO provider; no sourcing or direct recruiting.
• Support end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow management.
• Partner with interview teams to drive timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready interview documentation.
• Ensure candidate evaluations align with role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Monitor staffing plans to align with ramp targets and forecasted hiring needs.
• Serve as a key contact for candidates during scheduling and pre-start process.
• Provide clear communication on interview logistics, next steps, and onboarding requirements.
• Support offer coordination and handoffs with the RPO and HR team.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.
• Track pre-employment requirements (drug screenings, background checks, I-9).
• Maintain onboarding and compliance status records in SLATE systems.
• Manage onboarding workflows and timelines; escalate risks as needed.
• Track hiring progress and support reporting on readiness and candidate flow.
