Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnership with Engineering, Product, and Design to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Build and enforce a structured interview accountability framework with clear criteria and SLAs.
• Develop multi‑channel sourcing strategies and maintain a passive candidate pipeline across frontend, backend, and UX roles.
• Manage ATS end‑to‑end, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement.
